Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from your Nionto dashboard, or from the billing portal linked in any receipt we send you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
We do not require you to email anyone, sit through a retention call, or give a reason. If the self-serve cancellation ever fails, tell us and we will cancel it for you and refund anything billed after you asked to stop.
Our refund promise
If the product did not do what we said it would and we could not put it right, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that billing period in full. That applies to your first payment and to any renewal.
We will also refund, without argument:
- A renewal you did not intend, if you tell us reasonably promptly and have not meaningfully used the new period.
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- Any period during which the Services were substantially unavailable through our fault.
- Any charge for a product we withdrew before you could reasonably use it.
What is not normally refundable
Beyond the 14-day window we generally do not refund a period you have already used, because the work has been done and the compute has been spent. Consumables that have already been used — for example a priority pass you have spent, or a hunt that has already run — are not refundable, though unused allowances within a refunded period are covered by the refund.
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day promise from the date of the annual charge. After that we may offer a pro-rata credit at our discretion; just ask.
Early access and pre-release products
Where we sell a product before it is generally available, we say so plainly at the point of sale. If an early-access product never becomes usable for you, you get a full refund, whenever you ask. We would rather return your money than keep it for something that did not work.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form with the email address on the subscription and roughly when you were charged. That is enough for us to find it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
